my github is banned. why?

I logged into GitHub for the first time in a while because it asked me to log in, but after doing so, my account was restricted. I think there is a reason for this. First, it seems I violated the usage policy by creating an Executor recently. Other than that, I haven't done anything. Fucking github. I have created a ticket and am waiting for a reply. I will notify you here when it is ready.
